A 3 bedroom holiday home with views over the park, perfect for families. Sleeps 6.

Have a great get away with family or friends in our super ‘Willerby Eden’ Holiday home. Park view has a large decking area over looking the park; relax and enjoy a few drinks while the children play in the playground, BBQ provided.

£150.00 per night, minimum stay 2 nights. 5 nights stay £600.00, 7 nights stay £800.00.

Booking fee £150.00, balance payable on arrival via card or cash.

Park Rules

  1. DEAD QUIET please between 11pm & 7am. Please do not be noisy at any other time;
  2. Drive slowly on the park – maximum 5 mph;
  3. Park alongside your caravan or awning;
  4. One car per caravan unless otherwise arranged;
  5. ALL visitors must park at reception and obtain permission before entering the caravan park. Please make your guests aware of park rules;
  6. Pitches must be kept clean and tidy and NO items should be lefty around or under the caravans that could obstruct grass cutting;
  7. Static caravan owners must turn off water and gas supplies when their caravans are not occupied;
  8. Tubs, hanging baskets and decorative pots are allowed, however, trees, hedges or turf must not be cut without the permission of the proprietor, grass must be cut to within one foot of the caravan;
  9. Consideration to other caravan owners must be observed at all times, but particularly later in the evening and early in the morning;
  10. Football games or cycling are not permitted on the park. Use the designated play areas only;
  11. Dogs must be on the lead at all times and exercised off the park. All fouling must be cleaned up and disposed of in the bin provided;
  12. Barbeques are permitted but must not be allowed to burn the ground. (no other outdoor stoves or campfires are allowed);
  13. Friends & Family are allowed to use the owner’s caravan providing the proprietor is informed. Subletting however is forbidden;
  14. Caravan or pitch ‘trading’ (upgrading or exchanging of statistic caravans) is not permitted without prior permission of the proprietor;
  15. The proprietor reserve the right to refuse permission to stay and visitors have to leave immediately;
